Paper Formatting

Authors should consult Springer’s guidelines and technical instructions for the preparation of proceedings papers. For your convenience, the Authors Guidelines are available here.

Springer provides templates for Word and LaTeX users that help structure the paper. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae.

If working with LaTeX2e, please download LaTeX2e+Proceedings+Templates+download.zip.

If working with Microsoft Word, please download Microsoft+Word+Proceedings+Templates.zip.

Springer encourages authors to include their ORCID iD in proceedings papers.

Authors can refer to Springer's LNCS webpage, where they can find nearly all information relevant to both volume editors and contributing authors regarding the LNCS print/electronic publication process.

Copyright Form

The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all co-authors, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form to transfer the copyright of the paper to the publisher. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship cannot be made.
Papers without signed copyright form will not be included in the proceedings.

For your convenience, the LNCS Consent to Publish form can be downloaded here.
